How much notice do you need to schedule an appointment?

We usually recommend calling in advance. If you have a special occasion, the sooner you schedule the better. If you have regular appointments we can book them for you at a certain time and at regular intervals. For example, every four weeks.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

There will be absolutely no charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours notice. If you are unable to honor your reservation time you will be held responsible for the full payment of your service.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please call and let us know so we can determine if it will affect any other guests scheduled that day. We will always do our best to accommodate you if possible.

Do men ever book spa or salon appointments at Breze?
Yes. We’re seeing more and more men at Breze every year. Men can experience all of our services, including haircuts and colour, manicures and pedicures, hair removal, facials and massage.
